A medication which fits into the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents used for the treatment of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Diarrhoea, upset stomach, peptic ulcers, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence (passing gas), nausea, occult blood in stools (blood you cannot see), dry mouth, gastritis, vomiting, dizziness, headache, increased sweating, insomnia, nervousness, itching, rash, photosensitivity, ringing in the ears, fatigue, and swelling.
Adults:
oral, 1,000 mg a day in a single or divided dose; may be increased to 1,500-2,000 mg a day, in two divided doses, as needed and tolerated.Paediatrics:
